Wintility is a licensed application (not an ASP) that allows anyone to create an organized and searchable database of one's electronic files. The application runs on an IBM compatible PCs running a Microsoft Windows operating system.

Within a local area network (LAN) environment, Wintility organizes files into convenient "catalogs". This approach enables the person accessing the information to reduce the time spent searching for files.
