Since Wintility Pro is a resident application, users purchase a license that provides for a “Master” and 5 users operating in a LAN environment. To enable access from the Internet, an additional module (Web Wintility) is used in conjunction with the main Wintility Pro application.

Additional users beyond five can be added at an additional fee per user. Fees vary per the number of users added and significant discounts are available for bundles of five. No annual fees exist. Users may upgrade as new releases become available.
